TextVaben is a free online tool that allows users to create custom phrase images optimized for social media stories. The Service provides:

  • Text editing and customization tools
  • Font selection (43+ professional fonts)
  • Background image upload and customization
  • Shape and decoration elements
  • AI-powered phrase generation
  • Image export in PNG format (9:16 story format)

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Impersonate any person or entity

3.2 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using TextVaben. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text, images, or other materials you upload.

When uploading images, you must ensure you have the legal right to use them. Do not upload:

  • Copyrighted images without permission
  • Trademarked logos or brands
  • Images containing identifiable people without consent

4. Intellectual Property

The TextVaben platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
